Traditional Practices for Strength, Balance and Wellbeing

I’m passionate about the study and practice of East Asian movement and healing arts, including Qigong, Tai Chi, Bagua Zhang, Kung Fu, Acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine.

I have taught Qigong for over 15 years and continue to feel inspired by its depth and relevance. Learning from many teachers has broadened my understanding and shaped an open, evolving approach to practice.

Qigong has roots in both Daoist and Buddhist traditions. Although I am not a religious practitioner, I aim to honour these traditional folk foundations while also drawing on a modern understanding of anatomy, health and movement.
Through Sun & Moon Qigong platform, I hope to make these practices accessible to a wider audience and nurture a welcoming community built around learning, exploration and shared practice.
